Santina Pavia began her real estate career in 2002. Under her direction, she has managed the day to day operations and marketing strategies for Pavia Real Estate Services. In 2012, Santina launched Pavia Real Estate Residential. Santina’s goal was to accommodate the growing request for residential services.

To meet the needs of its growing residential division, Pavia Real Estate Residential added Sabrina Arcuri to its sales team in 2014. Sabrina’s broad and diverse background as a real estate agent, insurance broker, college instructor and community leader on local charitable boards and foundations make her a perfect fit and welcomed addition to our growing residential team.

In 2016, Pavia Real Estate Residential welcomed Rosemary Talarico to its growing sales team. Since 2004, Rosemary has provided customers with expert knowledge of the residential market. Her proven track record and exceptional customer commitment facilitate the buying and selling transaction, saving her clients time, trouble and money. Rosemary specializes in the buyer and seller representation of single family, multi-family, new construction, camps and lake homes as well as residential land.

Aileen Basile has been working in the real estate industry for the past 8 years, bringing with her a strong background in customer service from her experience with local establishments. Aileen is a full-time, service-oriented real estate professional committed to keeping her clients educated and informed on market conditions and trends, empowering them to make confident buying and selling decisions. She has resided in New Hartford for the past 19 years and, as a native of Syracuse, offers extensive knowledge of the Central New York area. Joya Pavia is a New Hartford, New York native who attended Utica College, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Management in 2018. Shortly after graduation, Joya received her Real Estate license and began working as the office manager of Pavia Real Estate Services, where she manages the day-to-day operations, marketing and business analytics. Her passion for real estate coupled with marketing and management skills will allow Joya to serve all of your real estate needs.

Samantha is a Newport, New York native with a background in administration through local not for profit organizations as well as a background in development and marketing. She has a passion for real estate and an eye for design and detail.
