Pavia Real Estate Services attended New York Deal Making ICSC, the largest retail real estate event on the East Coast.
The three-day regional event provided opportunities to gain information about the most current industry issues and meet and make deals with colleagues doing business in the same region.
Day one of the conference was dedicated to professional development and innovation. Pavia Real Estate got hands-on with the latest technology changing the real estate market. Angele Robinson-Gaylord, President of US Property, IKEA Group, kicked off Professional Development Day by discussing insight on the real-world implications of leading retail real estate trends and solutions.
On day two, keynote speaker Doug Stephens, Founder of Retail Prophet shared the roles physical stores play in the future of #retail. “Physical retail is not over. Amazon is not going to eat the world,” Stephens said.
New York Deal Making #ICSC is a place to make better connections across the retail and real estate industry.
