Pavia Real Estate Services is proud to welcome Christopher Flynn as the newest member of our commercial real estate team. A Central New York native, Chris brings a strong commitment to the region and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Chris began his real estate career in Las Vegas in 2018 and returned to Upstate New York in 2020, where he continues to serve the community he proudly calls home. He holds a B.A. from SUNY Oswego and an M.S. from Utica University, and brings a unique combination of real estate experience, project management expertise, and advanced technical skills to our firm.
Certified in project management with a focus on stakeholder management, Chris is also trained in Lean Six Sigma process improvement techniques. He maintains an FAA Part 107 Drone Operator certification (sUAV), allowing him to offer clients cutting-edge marketing and property evaluation tools.
Known for his integrity, timely communication, and attention to detail, Chris is dedicated to providing every client with a seamless, informed, and results-driven experience. He stays current on industry trends to ensure his clients make strategic decisions throughout every stage of the transaction.
