- 106 Memorial Parkway, Utica was sold for $1.8 Million.
- Elmira Plaza sold for $2.8 Million.
- Former Rite Aid in Malone, New York sold for $1.3 Million.
- Kevin Valenti is now a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker.
- Adding Joya Pavia & Luke Toukatly to our growing sales team. Both Joya and Luke are dual- licensed at Pavia Real Estate Residential and Pavia Real Estate Services.

- Selling a beautiful lake house on Owasco Lake in Fleming, NY to a buyer from Washington D.C. The buyers plan to spend a lot of time on the lake with family and friends. They also plan on using the property as an investment for summer rentals!
- The sale of 1015 Parkway E. to a young couple with local roots who relocated to raise their growing family.
- The sale of Bear Town Road was just what the buyers were looking for to have their children raise chickens, have a garden, and cultivate their own land. A dream come true!
- Sabrina Arcuri reached $7.3 million in sales this year and is in the top 25 Real Estate Agents in the Mohawk Valley.
