Patrick Agen of Pavia Real Estate recently closed on the sale of a 6-acre prime retail parcel on Rt. 31 in Clay to a Retail Developer.
The Developer has begun work on Texas Roadhouse, Starbucks, Five Star Urgent Care, Kay Jewelers and more. The deal took nearly 2 years to work through, but it is another great deal for all involved.
Pavia previously sold the 30-acre parcel for the current Davidson Ford dealership further west on Rt. 31 and has acreage for lease at the new traffic signal.
