Pavia Real Estate Services recently brokered the sale of Route 11, Site A, Leray, NY. The 2.3 acre parcel was purchased for $1,150,000.00 by Wendy’s, an American international fast food restaurant chain. Wendy’s will join Walmart, McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, Autozone and other national retailers.
