COMPANY HISTORY

Pavia Real Estate Services, LLC was founded by Dominic Pavia in 2007, after he spent eight successful years in the commercial real estate brokerage business with a large firm in Syracuse, New York. Dominic Pavia had the vision to expand beyond facilitating traditional sale and lease transactions and provide a complete range of sales, leasing, consulting, development, and management services. With a large portfolio of property listings and clients throughout New York State’s Mohawk Valley and Southern Tier, Pavia Real Estate Services is prepared to fulfill all commercial real estate requirements. In 2014 we expanded our Commercial Division by becoming licensed in Pennsylvania.

 

Pavia Real Estate Residential, LLC is an extension of Pavia Real Estate Services which was founded and operated by Tina Pavia. Tina owned and operated a local business for 15 years before transitioning into the real estate market. She has been a licensed real estate agent for the past 14 years and has spent the last 8 years serving as the office manager for Pavia Real Estate Services. Under her direction she has managed the day to day operations and marketing strategies for the top commercial real estate company in the area under direction of Dominic Pavia.

Our residential division is a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which maximizes the visibility of your property to potential purchasers. We are fluent in Social Media Marketing on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com. We advertise locally in the Utica Observer Dispatch, Life and Homes Magazine and most recently on the Fox Chanel during the NFL Football season.

COMMERCIAL TEAM 

 

Dominic Pavia: Dominic Pavia began his real estate career in 1999 with Pyramid Brokerage Company. While with Pyramid, Pavia was awarded “Salesperson of the Year” and “Deal of the Year” five out of the last eight years. During his career Pavia has procured over $450,000,000.00 in commercial real estate transactions.

In April of 2007 Pavia founded Pavia Real Estate Services. Pavia’s goal was to expand the scope of services offered to his clients and provide the same work ethic and integrity from which he developed throughout his career in the commercial real estate industry.

 
John

John Jweid: John joined the Pavia sales team in 2007 with over 25 years experience in sales and business management. Prior to working with Pavia, John enjoyed a successful career in the automotive industry where he earned numerous awards for customer service and satisfaction.

John is an experienced and dedicated real estate broker who provides our clients with dependable and ethical service. John has an eye for detail and maintains a market knowledge that our diverse client base requires.


Brian Snow: Brian Snow joined Pavia Real Estate in 2012. Brian brings 20 years of experience working in the commercial real estate field with concentration in the Office and Industrial disciplines.

Brian has concentrated in the field of Corporate Services as an exclusive Tenant Representative for one of the largest defense contractors in the world and uses that experience to provide unparalleled service to corporations in and out of the region as a single point of contact for a variety of needs.

 

Patrick V. Agen: Patrick Agen joined Pavia Real Estate Services in 2012. Patrick has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate as a small business owner, shopping center owner/manager, developer and commercial real estate sales and leasing associate.

Patrick’s knowledge of all aspects pertaining to commercial real estate provides customers with well-rounded representation in their real estate interests.

 

 

 

 
Carole Iseneker: Pavia Real Estate Services welcomes Carole Iseneker to their commercial real estate team. Carole’s has enjoyed a 20 year career with both Pyramid Companies and the Cameron Group concentrating on commercial real estate leasing, shopping center management, financing and accounting. Carole spent the last several years specializing in development project leasing and commercial real estate sales.

Carole graduated from Niagara University with a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Carole resides in Sherrill with her husband Bill and their two sons, Mitchell and Marc.

RESIDENTIAL TEAM 

Tina Pavia: Tina owned and operated a local business for 15 years before transitioning into the real estate market. She has been a licensed real estate agent for the past 10 years and has spent the last 5 years serving as the office manager for Pavia Real Estate Services. Under her direction she has managed the day to day operations and marketing strategies for the top commercial real estate company in the area.

Sabrina Arcuri: To meet the needs of its growing residential division, Pavia Real Estate Residential added Sabrina Arcuri to its sales team. Sabrina's broad and diverse background as a real estate agent, insurance broker, college instructor and community leader on local charitable boards and foundations make her a perfect fit and welcomed addition to our growing residential team.

 

Rosemary Talarico: Pavia Real Estate Residential welcomes Rosemary Talarico to their growing sales team. Since 2004, Rosemary has provided customers with expert knowledge of the residential market. Her proven track record and exceptional customer commitment, facilitates the buying and selling transaction, saving her clients time, trouble and money. Rosemary specializes in the buyer and seller representation of single family, multi-family, new construction, camps/lake homes as well as residential land.

Rosemary resides in Utica with her husband Fred Talarico. Together they have three children, Michael, Heather and Lauren..
